- Client engagement data — financial records, sales sheets, account files, and identification documents you provide once you become a client.

How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver the services you've engaged us for, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Access is limited to your engagement team. We share information with UAE authorities (such as the Federal Tax Authority) only when required to complete a filing, and with service providers bound by confidentiality — never for marketing. Contact form submissions are stored via Hostinger, our hosting provider; if you accept cookies, aggregate usage data is processed by Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become an engagement aren't retained beyond following up with you. Once you're a client, your records are kept confidential — physically in a locked location and digitally — for as long as UAE law and professional standards require.

You can ask what personal data we hold, request corrections, or ask us to delete what we're not otherwise required to retain — just contact us below.
